Please join CEC 13, Council Member Laurie A. Cumbo, and the offices of Council Members Robert Cornegy, Brad Lander, and Steve Levin this Monday, September 26th, 2016 at PS 9 in Prospect Heights, where we will be hosting a Participatory Budgeting Neighborhood Assembly also known as the “idea collection process.”
This session will cover the basics of participatory budgeting and focus on collecting ideas for improvements to city-owned school facilities within Community School District 13. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other parents and school leaders on ways to spend funds that each Council Member has allocated to the Participatory Budgeting Process (several MILLION in capital funds) and submit ideas of your own.

Please note all ideas must be submitted by September 30th, so it is important that you attend this meeting.
